Noticing Sensations

A Guided Meditation

Meditation means dissolving the invisible walls that unawareness has built.

Isha Sadhguru

Meditation is not about escaping the world, but rather for strengthening our innate ability to be here in every moment. Being fully present allows for the recognition of our Divine self, helping to integrate this with our Humanity.

Several years ago I worked with a teacher who really pushed us students to create a daily personal practice. She suggested the practice should consist of three elements: movement, silence, and self-inquiry.

At first I had so much resistance to this.

I strongly suggest you create a personal practice that works with your lifestyle. Ten minutes twice a day (morning upon awakening and evenings before bed) has the power to change your life.

  • First, find a safe comfortable space where there is little or no distraction.
  • Have your journal and a pen near
  • Consider lighting a candle and diffusing some essential oil such as Frankincense*
  • When ready, hit play on your device and let me guide you

As I said, I suggest that you do this daily. Soon you will just flow into this meditation and will not necessarily need this recording. Most importantly, make this yours. My words are merely suggestions.

Namaste my friends.
