This is a guided meditation practice that can help bring us into Presence and allow the direct experience of Oneness.
Quiet the mind and the Soul will speak.

To start, place yourself in a comfortable, safe space with little or no distractions. Consider:
- Having your journal near
- Lighting a white candle
- Playing some soft, soothing music
- Diffusing Sacred Frankincense* essential oil to deepen the spiritual awareness and help balance the emotional body
It is an important part of this work to be mindful of your breath. I suggest Conscious Breathing:
Inhale as deeply as possible. Hold for a moment and exhale slowly, slower than the inhale. This calms and balances the nervous system.
Also, be aware of the mind wanting to question and analyze things. This is normal. Do your best to not attached to those thoughts but rather to allow them to flow through. Placing your awareness on your breath and on the physical sensations in your body helps to keep you grounded in the present moment. So, when you notice your mind wandering, breathe and bring your awareness into the physical body.
Once you are ready, relax and hit play.
Journaling
Take some time now to reflect on your experience. Here are some questions that might prompt you:
- Was the breath work helpful? If so, in what way. If not, do you know why?
- Which of your senses grabbed your attention and why?
- Were you able to sense your endlessness, the Oneness?
- What judgements came up for you?

and a means for learning to stay present in every moment.
