Inhale. Apply. Diffuse.
Frankincense contains chemicals that help relieve negative feelings (including stress, anger, sadness, and more). Many people like to rub Frankincense oil on the bottoms of their feet, where not only are you getting the benefits of the scent but the chemical constituents of the oil enters your body through the (over) 200 pores in the soles of your feet.
~Heidi Villegas
Frankincense is steam-distilled from the resin of the Boswellia tree. In many parts of the world, it is considered a sacred oil used in ceremonies to facilitate communion with the Divine.

How to Use Essential Oils
Inhale
Pure essential oils are concentrated, so a little goes a very long way. Place a drop or two in the palm of your hand and gently massage it with the other hand; this helps break up the molecules. Now bring your hands up to your face and inhale.
Apply
Massage into any area of concern and, as Hedie Villegas suggests, to the bottom of your feet. When applied to the heart and third-eye chakra points, Frankincense helps balance the nervous system and emotional body, enabling us to respond rather than react.
Diffuse
Frankincense has a high frequency and is known to increase our spiritual awareness. Place a drop or two into your diffuser, sit back, and relax. You’ve got this!
Disclaimer: Important, please read!
Using anything less than 100% pure, therapeutic-grade essential oils carries the risk of not producing the desired results and may, in some cases, be toxic.
If you are pregnant, have a disease or medical condition, or are using a prescription medication, it is recommended that you consult with a healthcare professional who has experience with essential oils before using them.
Although many essential oils are suitable for use on children, we strongly recommend diluting them with a carrier oil before use.
